I strive to help individuals rediscover their inner strength and resilience in the face of unresolved trauma. I utilize a trauma-informed lens to help guide clients towards healthier relationships, greater self-worth, and an overall well-being. To do this I incorporate four main values: autonomy, safety, empowerment, and collaboration. 

I work with clients from all walks of life and focus on understanding clients in regard to their culture, family system, and personal experience. 

Training and Career

I have over four years experience working in high acuity care in both inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance use settings. I employ a range of evidence-based techniques, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, to assist clients in reclaiming control over their lives and fostering positive change. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) through the Rosenweig Center for Rapid Recovery. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy with an EMDRIA approved certificate.

In addition to individual work, I am a certified SMART Recovery (Self-Management and Recovery Training Recovery) facilitator and have been helping others regain control over their addiction and mental health for over 6 years. I have worked with large variety of populations which include: veterans, first responders, survivors of childhood abuse, survivors of sexual abuse, individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds, indigent populations, the LGBTQ+ community. 

Together, we will explore your experiences, identify triggers, and develop coping strategies to better manage your life. My top priority is to support you in regaining control, fostering resilience, and moving towards a healthier and more fulfilling future.
