Jessica Sternberg, MS, RMHCI
Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in Boca Raton, FL
Overview
My goal as a therapist is to help you practice the skills necessary to flourish, find stability, and achieve a sense of inner peace and happiness. I create a welcoming, nonjudgemental environment and supportive space where you can freely express your thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and therapy goals.
My focus is not just listening, but truly understanding your emotions, and fostering a strong connection that serves as the cornerstone of your therapeutic relationship. I incorporate holistic, cognitive behavioral, person-centered, solution focused, play therapy, psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment, and mindfulness approaches, tailoring treatment to your individual needs.
I see patients ages 14 and up, with a particular focus on high school students, college students, professionals, and new parents. I also have great experience and respect for the elderly, offering support tailored to their unique life experiences and needs.
